AGREGA STOK BUNKERLERİ
Özellikler ve Avantajlar
Beton santrallerimizde kullanılan agrega stok bunkerleri müşterilerimizin talebine bağlı olarak 3-4-5-6 bölmeli olarak
imal edilebilmektedir. Agrega bunkerlerimiz 45 m³ kapasiteden 360 m³ kapasiteye kadar değişik ebatlarda üretile-
bilmektedir. Taşıyıcı profiller ve kullanılan malzemeler için statik yük ve mukavemet analizleri yapılmıştır. İstenildiği
taktirde bunkerlere kapama, ızgara ve serpantin sistemi ile ısıtma yapılabilmektedir. Agrega tartım kantarı 8 adet
loadcell ile tartım yapmakta olup kalibrasyon sistemi adapte edilebilir.

Features and Advantages
Aggregate storage hoppers which are used in our concrete batching plants can be manufactured with 3,4,5 or 6
compartments regarding to the demand of our clients. Stock capacity of our hoppers are between 45 m³ and 360
m³. Structural analysis are done for hopper legs and hopper body. In case of request, it is possible to cover the hop-
per with heat isolated sheetmetals, to adapt a grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighing is
done by 8 units loadcells.
