Özellikler ve Avantajlar

Tahrik grubu, elek gövdesinden yukarıdadır ve böylece eleme verimini artıran bir titreşim hareketi sağlar. Bu sayede
malzemenin besleme bölümünde yoğunlaşan miktar hızlanır ve eleğin boş alanlarına geçiş yapar. Orta bölümden
sonra ise besleme yönüne doğru tersine bir hareket sergiler; malzeme elek üzerinde daha fazla kalır ve eleme verimi
artar.

Üstten tahrikli eleklerde yer alan iki yataktan her birinde SKF ya da FAG olmak üzere özel 2 adet titreşim rulmanı
kullanılır; 2 yatakta toplam 4 titreşim rulmanı birbirine yukardan şaft ile bağlanır.Yağlama işlemi için sıvı yağ veya
gres kullanılır.

Features and Advantages

The drive group is above the sieve body and thus provides a vibration movement that increases the sieving efficien-
cy. In this way, the amount concentrated in the feeding section of the material accelerates and passes into the empty
areas of the sieve. After the middle section, it exhibits a reverse movement towards the feeding direction; The materi-
al stays on the sieve longer and the sieving efficiency increases.

Two special vibration bearings, SKF or FAG, are used in each of the two bearings in the top driven screens; A total of
4 vibration bearings in 2 bearings are connected to each other by the shaft from above. Liquid oil or grease is used
for lubrication.
